Triads
What Is A Triad?
- Triads are a foundational component for intentional discipleship at Belmont.
- Triads are a group of three men or women from the same MC who meet weekly for about an hour to help each other grow toward spiritual maturity.
- Triads have a simple format. This simplicity helps to produce disciples who can in turn reproduce others.
How Do Triads Work?
- Triads open and close their time together in prayer, asking the Spirit to guide their conversation.
- Triads use our Believe, Belong, Become discipleship framework to share honestly about how they are doing in different area of life.
- Triads make spiritual, micro-commitments each week in an area that needs growth and then they encourage each other to follow through with God's help.
